Only the Pac-4 Remain and the NFL Preseason

The Big Ten has expanded to 18 teams after accepting Oregon and Washington from the Pac-12. The Big 12 took Utah, Arizona, and Arizona State leaving only four teams to make a Pac-4. The NFL preseason started with the Hall of Fame game which didn’t even feature a lot of the star players for either team.
